Overview
Per an email received April 10 2019 from Mr Kelly Booge, Zoning Administrator, Turtle Lake Township Supervisor, Turtle Lake Township has not adopted the 2015 Minnesota State Building Codes. Mr. Booge advised PLRB the township does not apply building codes; he does perform site inspections to ensure the builder meets zoning requirements found in Turtle Lake Township's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, this ordinance can be accessed here.
